The original schoolhouse for the small village of Lyons Brook, the Schoolhouse Cove vacation home is located about 15 minutes away from the Evening Sail.

Nestled beside the brook that runs into this waterside setting, this renovated two bedroom century school house has a unique charm and is a nature lovers dream. The original hardwood floors tell a story of their own in this open concept living space that welcomes each visitor with a feeling of coming home.

Complete with modern amenities you’ll have all the conveniences of home. In the bedrooms you’ll find a king and queen with comfy beds that guarantee a restful night sleep. The four piece bathroom is complimented with a full size washer and dryer to complete your vacation needs.

Experience spectacular scenery as you

wake to a glorious sunrise and the serene beauty that will surround you. With windows that offer 16 feet of viewing you can watch Osprey as they return to their nest each April to occupy their summer home Blue Heron, fish and ducks enjoying their aquatic home. Eagles, Canada Geese and a great variety of Maritime birds fly overhead and nest in the neighboring trees as they scout their daily habitat.

The night sky offers an abundance of stars, planets and meteor showers to view and explore as you enjoy a nighttime marshmallow roast or just the warmth of an evening fire. Relax and leave your worries behind.

	A short walk up the sidewalk will take your family to the village corner store. In May and June Jimmy's Lobster Pot will be the place to purchase fresh boiled local lobster ready to enjoy.
